I was ready to pack a few days worth of clothes with my toothbrush and board the next flight to Stockholm before realizing that:<br \/>\na.  not only was he, to my disappointment, already dead, but that<br \/>\nb.  my youngest child was sitting up in the bed, screaming for me to pick him up.<br \/>\nHis designs seduced me as Feodor Rojankovsky&#8217;s illustrations first did, when I was a very young girl, in the pages of John Langstaff&#8217;s <u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/015230214X\/ref=pd_sxp_elt_l1\/002-5047433-4290461\">Frog Went A Courtin&#8217;<\/a><\/u> and <u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/tg\/sim-explorer\/explore-items\/-\/0156705001\/0\/101\/1\/none\/purchase\/ref%3Dpd%5Fsxp%5Fr0\/002-5047433-4290461\">Over in the Meadow<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once again, I was squandering away a perfectly good hour of sleep when I stumbled, falling completely in love with the designer Josef Frank, by the kitschy beauty of his supernatural textiles on display at Stockholm&#8217;s Svenskt Tenn.
